Developmental and Educational Psychology

Developmental Psychology and Educational Psychology involves the scientific study of human learning and how and why human beings change over the course of their life. Originally concerned with infants and children, the field has expanded to include, research, assessment and therapeutic skills related to educational and developmental psychology, adolescence, adult development, aging and the entire lifespan. From both psychological and behavioral points of view, scientists understand individual differences in insight, intellectual advancement, cognitive development, influence, self-direction, and self-idea, and additionally role in learning.
